Health Care for All Minnesota
HCA-MN is a nonprofit advocacy group working tirelessly to ensure every Minnesotan will have access to comprehensive, affordable health care.
OUR MISSION is to advocate, educate, and organize in support of the Minnesota Health Plan. Enacting the MHP would implement a state-wide single-payer system that is simple to understand and obtain.
OUR VISION is a Minnesota where health care is managed as an essential need, not a “nice-to-have” commodity.

Every resident in every county of Minnesota deserves quality health care from the doctor of their choice, regardless of employment status, income, or pre-existing conditions. And doctors are free to practice medicine, not bookkeeping.

Access to high quality health care, with a focus on prevention, is a right. Excessive profits by commercial insurance companies should be eliminated, thereby reducing costs while improving the health of Minnesotans.
